Graduated in Economics at the University of Torino, Listed and admitted between the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Ivrea, Pinerolo, Torino since 1998, Admitted to theStatutory Auditors National Registrar since 1999, listed at the Registrar of the Forensic Experts, both on criminal and civil issues, of the Judge and at the Court of Torino since 2002 and listed between Attorney Panel at the Court of Torino on movable and immovable goods’ sales since 2009.
He accomplished with his traineeship at the most prominent Accountant and Auditor firms in Torino dealing with Tax Revenue Law and procedure, Bankruptcy and extraordinary Administration, founding member, since 2010 of the Associated Accountants Firm Aprà – Rossetti.
In addition to his tax and corporate skills, he has developed extensive and remarkable experience in bankruptcy, vesting as trustee appointed by the Bankruptcy Division at the Court of Turin, as well as in pre-bankruptcy recovery plans involving companies in pre chapter 11 condition.
He also gained a consolidated competence in the field of banking law, focused on interest rates and usury in his vest of Forensic Expert often appointed by the Public Prosecutor's at the Court of Turin.
