Graduated with honors in Law at the University of Turin, she has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 2005.
She is a litigator as well as legal adviser in civil law, in such a field she has developed her better expertise in family law, real estate and leasehold contracts, as well as in debt collection and legal enforcement
She gained specific competence in the juvenile field, managing the civil litigation before the Juvenile Court and as Special Trustee of the minors appointed by the Judge in the criminal trial.
She is a member of the National Observatory of Family Law – Turin territorial section.
She provides legal advice to companies as well as real estate professionals and managers, involved in both legal advice and litigation counseling.
Consistently with the enforcement of the EU Regulation for the protection of personal data (the so-called GDPR), she has deepened her knowledge of privacy issues, so advising companies required to accomplish with by the regulations.
She provides assistance and consultancy in the field of compliance with the Privacy legislation as well as the Covid-19 emergency legislation and related Protocols.
