Lawyer
Graduated in Law at the University of Torino and Young Fellow in Business Law (Business Law Department lead by Professor Gastone Cottino), he has been admitted to the Italian Bar association since 1993. He trained and worked at leading Piedmont law firms in the field of Civil, Corporate and Bankruptcy law.
In 2005 he founded together with his colleague Paolo Pilone the Professional Association TITA – PILONE joining the wide professional experiences obtained at the Ottolenghi and Catalano firm, where he worked for a long time.
He has developed an extensive litigation experience, mainly in Corporate and Civil law. He actively represented clients in arbitration proceedings as well as arbitrator and panel’s head.
He also developed a strong competence in legal advice and in a domestic and international contracts drafting, encompassing business and corporate fields, intellectual and industrial property law.
Throughout his career he gained an widespread experience in the representation and assistance of complex organizations such as national and multinational corporations dealing with telecommunication, internet, automotive, engineering, leasing, trust company, public bodies and public-private bodies involved the no profit field.
He represented a prominent telecommunication company before the CORECOM (Regional Committee for the Communication of Piedmont).
He has consolidated also a specific experience in Bankruptcy as appointed by the Turin’s Court Bankruptcy Division.
He provides assistance and consultancy in compliance with the Privacy legislation as well as Legislative Decree 231/2001 and related Organizational Models. He holds the role of Chairman of the corporate Supervisory Body. He advises on the Covid-19 emergency legislation and related Protocols.
